The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We try to respond within a couple of business days, though it sometimes takes a bit longer if we are heads-down on building new features.
What to Include
If you are reporting a problem, it helps to tell us which tool you were using, what browser you are on, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Screenshots are always welcome. For feature requests, even a rough description of what you need is enough to get us thinking.
We do not offer phone support or live chat at this time, but every email gets read by a real person.
